When a home sells, sale proceeds are often held in escrow during the closing process. We’re able to have a portion of our fees paid from those funds — so you can begin the work now and settle the cost after the sale goes through, rather than carrying the expense at the very moment you need the most support.
We listen first, then outline the services your family needs and how payment could be arranged — clearly and without pressure.
With the agreement in place, we begin — sorting, moving, cleaning, repairing, and preparing the home, at your pace.
When the home sells, eligible services can be paid from escrow proceeds. No surprises, and everything explained along the way.
